DIAGNOSTICS AND ACOUSTIC PLANNING

Before carrying out any soundproofing, whether in a working environment of outside it is necessary to be certain that the acoustic results desired will be reached.

In order to ensure this scientifically we have created a new system of acoustic planning called: NOISE CONTROL.

The system uses calculation models which make it possible to determine the effective noise reduction that a given programme will provide.

The procedures for developing the project begin with meticulous gathering of acoustic data relative to the phenomenon in question, and continue with the analysis of the contingent conditions (decrease over space and time of acoustic vibrations, coefficients of absorption and capacity for diffusion of the surrounding surfaces). The values are then elaborated by original software, capable of carrying out, in a relatively brief period of time, the calculation of an enormous volume of algorithms.

The results supply a precise evaluation of the global level of noise which can be obtained after each intervention and are represented graphically with detailed, coloured maps.

SOUNDPROOFED SHEDS

Soundproofed sheds are buildings designed to contain noisy technological plant.

They are used to insulate:

• compressed air production centres;
• heating/refrigerating plant;
• electrical energy plant: generators operated by diesel, turbogas or steam;
• combination cycles

THE ADVANTAGES OF INDUSTRIALISATION
The components used are prefabricated and industrially produced. They therefore guarantee:

• constant dimensional and acoustic quality throughout time;
• easy location of spare parts;
• modularity and flexibility where an increase in size or alterations is foreseen;
• economic installation and maintenance;
• total dismantling in the case of reuse.

SOUNDPROOF CLADDING FOR INTERIORS
The technique of Soundproof Cladding makes it possible to attain considerable reductions in environmental noise, since the reflected or reverberated acoustic energy is almost completely eliminated. The operation consists of installing special soundproofing elements, which guarantee a high coefficient of absorption (AS) on the walls and ceiling.
The elements used for the cladding of the walls have an external layer in steel with various finishes (stainless steel, aluminium, zinc coated, pre-painted, etc.) 6/10 cm thick.
These systems are widely used in the food industry, panel beating, the packing industry and carpentry shops. The ceiling cladding includes soundproofed elements known as (baffles).
